Your passport details (if you use the passport card) stay on your device and are never uploaded.

What we process, and why

AI features: chat, translation text, photos you scan, and voice audio are sent to our AI provider (Volcano Engine / ByteDance) to generate your result. They act as our entrusted processor under contract.
Booking requests: the name and contact you enter are shared with the relevant operator — only with your separate consent at the time of booking.
Account: Sign in with Apple gives us a stable, app-specific user id and, optionally, a name/email you choose to share. We store a record of your consent.

What we don't do

No tracking, no advertising, no third-party analytics SDKs.

Retention

We keep your account record and consent log until you delete your account. On-device data (passport, chat) is removed when you delete it or the app.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent, at any time (Me → Delete account / delete on-device data). To exercise any right, contact us.
